Minimum Orders
Unless otherwise noted, there is a $250 minimum for all orders. Most items have a minimum of 10 guests, but some are higher, please take note of this as you order.

Availability and Invoice Confirmations
All catering orders placed on our website will receive an invoice confirmation of your order by the end of the next business day. If you do not receive this email, your order is NOT confirmed. Please contact the office as soon as possible.

Delivery
We offer free delivery within 15 miles of our Sandy Springs location. Please call us for a quote for delivery over 15 miles.

Gratuity Charge
All catering orders during regular business hours (7:00 am to 3:00 pm) will have a 15 percent gratuity charge added to the final bill. Events after 3:00 pm or on a weekend or holiday will have a 20 percent gratuity charge.

Credit Card Convenience Fee
Effective January 8, 2024, all credit card payments will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee. To avoid this fee, all invoices are payable via ACH payment or check.

Server and Bartender Service
Service staff and bartenders are available upon request. Fees are as scheduled:

Server: $175 per server for a 2 hour event (includes 1 hour set up, 2 hour event and 1 hour clean up/breakdown). If event requires extensive set up or lasts longer than 2 hours, additional server fees will be applied to final invoice.

Bartender: $195 per bartender for a 2 hour event (includes 1 hour set up, 2 hour event and 1 hour clean up/breakdown). Bartending service includes TIPS certified bartender with openers, wine and beer tubs, ice (as needed), cups and cocktail napkins. Mixers for full bar are charged separately. All alcohol must be provided by the client.

Chef: $225 for a 2 hour event

Additional Services
Fine china, flatware, glassware and linens are available for any occasion for an additional fee.

Guest Count
To ensure your event is successful, it is essential that we have an accurate guest count. An estimated guest count is required at the time your order is placed. A final count must be provided within three business days of the event. You will be billed based on the final guest count or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater.

Pricing
The prices in our menus are based on market conditions and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on these conditions and will notify the client prior to the event for approval.

Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the event will be charged for items and labor already committed to the event, at our discretion. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will be charged the full invoice price.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have less than 10 guests? Just call the office, we may be able to make an exception.

Do you do custom menus? Yes! We love the opportunity to make custom menus!

Is your menu Gluten Friendly? While we have many items on the menu that are gluten friendly, not everything is. We can modify many items to be GF.

What if I have Vegetarians or Vegans in my group? There are lots of delicious items that we can make to complement your menu, so just let us know if you need Vegetarian or Vegan items.
